other than signing contracts or so i assume she'd delegate a lot of the work and maybe earn the title by being an adventurer first rather than doing the paperwork/organizing the other adventurers (tho i'm sure some 'existing' companies make a branch to focus on the adventurer stuff versus normal 'business')
