I think oshiko means if miharu gets older and still stays single, she can live with her in the house. nozaki is not involve here.

Ah yeah it's most likely what @skyscar said, "if we get old and single why not move in together?".

Also from the context of Miharu then essentially saying "thanks" and the friend later going "well but before all of that -- why not talk to the guy?".

Kinda late but i think it's just a joke referencing old JRPG games, where generic mobs were named as:
Villager A, Villager B...
Bandit A, Bandit B...
and such.

So calling him man A, must be them joking by calling him a plain\generic looking person.
