I can understand Koga, not that easy to suddenly come out to a girl, specially it was first time she felt something like that. Uncle has no excuse at all. Go and talk to her, you old fart(!).

Uncle doesn't seems like the person to take action, so prob Kana and him together isn't really going to happened. Uncle got his chance and let it go. Kanna can't really pick up a relationship by herself, Uncle is just...too with the flow of things, which isn't a positive.
Now, Aya is coming to terms with her feelings little by little, the one who isn't really up there is Mitsuki, she got a lot going on and I don't think is focus on exploring things with Aya yet.
Let's remember that Mitsuki is a shy girl and the only outlet of expression and freedom she got is music, so is hard for her to fully understand her own feelings sometimes more so being an adolescent < worst shit possible to sort out your own feelings if you don't get someone who can mentor you to try and understand life and yourself a little better, cause by god I know Uncle try to mentor Mitsuki but damn he can't cook for shit.

Given the context I don't see how she could have told her she was going without her skipping the industry meet and greet. Oosawa initially decided not to go because she put Koga's potential future in the music industry first, it wasn't until Kanna pushed her to do so that she decided to go but she very likely still wants Koga to get that foot in the door. As it stands Koga, like her uncle, is only concerned with what SHE can get from the relationship and isn't paying any attention to how Oosawa might feel; the "did you not want to go with me?" was out of self concern.

So the issue here isn’t that Koga isn’t going to prom, it’s that she thought that Aya should go with Koga or not at all. Is Koga’s opportunity important? Yes. But that doesn’t mean Aya has to put her life on hold for her, or rearrange her time, or deny herself joy just because it won’t involve Koga. That’s what Uncle was expecting of Kanna, and that’s why Kanna told Aya not to make the same mistakes. Aya was trying to spare Koga’s feelings by not telling her because, let’s face it, the music exec opportunity is important to Koga’s future but the prom is explicitly not and Koga will probably make a not smart decision now. I mean it isn’t necessarily the wrong decision, but it isn’t the smart one.
