I never comment but I must commend the translator for not only uploading the chapters so promptly after each Twitter release, but also for their flawless translation. It reads so well and doesn't feel clunky or awkward. I hope they get some compensation when the English version of the manga finally gets a release.
I also wonder if Arai Sumiko will manage to cover all the backstory if they want to keep pace with the year 2023. I know they also released two chapters, one of those on Mitsuki's backstory, but not on Twitter. So maybe all the material is already covered there, but isn't available on the web. However, it looks like we won't get to see some high-school romance clichés such as birthdays (Aya's birthday already passed), school trips, or changeroom drama. But then, there isn't much "classic romance" is this manga. That makes this manga even more charming.
