I mean this is a fantasy and mc is a reincarnator from a Murim(??) world so i doubt stuff like that would be an issue. but the concept of something like that existing, other to help blind ppl, i don't think it'd really stop ppl from opening their own clinics or maybe in the super 'rural' parts of the country because even if someone's trained i can imagine them just wanting to hire based on skill

Or there's some loopholes like "visually impaired" to where if you don't have 20/20 vision/only need reading glasses you can still do so , these days i can imagine it'd be a gimmick if ppl aren't straight up lying or some places being more 'authentic'/getting funding or so like how you occasionally see 'fortunetellers' in some manhua
