I love this so much!! Did you want to do other chapters? I mean you scanned it after all. I have done a few more, Woman's Box, A very Strange Production, Moist Skin etc., Taro and the Black Boy, Blooming Forest, Tale of the Sex Salesman and another translation of Cicada Forest. Most of them are fully done, but if you were working on any of them I'll hold off.

No, you're more than welcome to do the rest of the stories in this book. I just wanted to do this one because a.) I could finish it quickly and b.) I had already translated that one sample page from it a while ago. I'm currently working my way through the essays and interviews in TRAUMA!, the first collection in this series which also includes another TOMORROW'S HELL story.

Great stuff! I'll get to uploading a few complete chapters right now. Do you know how many other Tomorrow Hell stories there were? I think it was four before the magazine went out of business, but I might be wrong.

There were 4 chapters of the same story, i.e. "The Mad Group" published in 1970/1971. Then there was no more "Tomorrow's Hell" until 2000/2001 when there were at least another 4 chapters of a different story/stories published in the magazine Super Horror. The first one of those is the one that's included in "Trauma!" Unfortunately the Hino publication history I get all this from (included as an appendix at the end of Legend of the Sun Volume 4) ends in the middle of 2001, so if there was more in the 24 years since that has not been collected into book form I don't know about it. Yet. But the investigation, as the say, is still ongoing.

I believe Hino hasn't published any new oneshots after Super Horror's 4th and final issue (maybe he did for ザ•ホラー but I haven't checked) Its not like he had any place to go, he wasn't working on Horror M anymore, Suspiria was more of a mystery and thriller mag now, all the other horror magazines were disappearing, The Horror was on its final days and the other horror magazines weren't a good match for his manga.

Alt magazines were on a decline in popularity too and I don't think he was working for those at the time.
