Two main issues:

• Misunderstanding
• Resource scarcity

If we cannot understand them, then observe and identify their goal from a low stakes position. Then accommodate incrementally.

At the same time, devise a system to allow more productive resource processing and allocatiom without ever sacrificing human resources.

Do whatever you can now to get better at understanding others, no matter how small. And gain whatever skilll in your job or study now that makes it easier to make resources abundant. Please.

This should be how we solve hurt, hatred, and loneliness.
