A few chapters back I did read a comment from someone who reads the novel.
Apparently they are still in this awkward (half) relationship at chapter 600. Currently the chapter number of the webtoon is about the same as the novel.

It isn't deeper than that. Besides Amy is closer in age and plenty competent. Reina is at an age where she already could/should have children of her own. Even if her level is close to it above Amy, her main competence is neither fighting nor magic, hence a bad match for MC who will have plenty of both.

Given they can probably use magic to manufacture candles I imagine they can actually be made to be exactly 6 hours burn time
