My gesses are, either
1. she isn't really drinking or did drink but has some immunity and was prepared for that anyway, or
2. she really was thinking so much about Shirone that she wasn't even thinking .
Either way, the island is about to get back to it's paceful days. If it'll be by the gang as a whole (opt.1) or by a really mad Shirone leveling the place without hurting civilians somehow (opt.2) in the blink of an eye is up to her reaction to that drink.

Being plied unknowingly with a highly addictive substance, maybe I'm culturaly sensitive to that as underage girls being given drugs to have them raped and turned into prostitutes and then having them be blamed for being in that situation by the authorities instead of having the authorities arrest the criminal gangs that do it is something that has been happening since the 80s here in the UK but no I don't think she deserves it.

She has magic and schema, she is probably the least defenceless person on the island, I would be surprised if that gang could take her head on even if she was by herself

Her family is known for their habit of obtaining information. Amy’s not being dumb, she’s reading the whole environment. She could wash this entire place physically or magically if she wanted to. Her issue is the family tradition puts her in potential danger if anti magicians or a powerful brainwasher resides there but even then she can hold her own. Shirone is only more powerful by a slight margin so it wouldn’t make a difference if the situation was reversed unless she’s up with GOD. so whatever's happening next is not gonna be a superman hat trick or some shit, all those kids are barely professionals

tldr; this is basically if wolverine let himself get captured and were waiting for cyclops to save him
