20 ppl, 50 kills each and then no one escape 
It's not simple as 1000/100= 10 And like only 10 naive student hesitate to kill, 990 left really tried hard to kill each other, the chance for someone reach 50 kills is almost second to none (~1% to reach 17 kills) Only Plot-Amor-kun can save their ass
