This is bad. But it's so incoherent that I can't tell for sure how bad it is.

• So woman from his ex-guild came by and offered to let him become subsidiary guild if he agreed to abusive supply relationship.
• He agrees (to sell an ingot worth 300g for 100g). Is he a complete moron that he doesn't know the market price? Why the heck would he undersell the market by 3x? And doesn't he already have a supply relationship with the Tree guild?
• Then woman leaves in a huff because she just dropped by to mock him? Okay, stupidly petty. But even if so, the idiot just agreed to sell a product at 1/3 market price. She can just turn around and sell it.

I think he was trying to turn back her mocking on her, basically saying they are so efficient that 100g per ingot is still profitable for them. I guess because he can train the blacksmiths to rank A so they mostly produce top level ingots. I don't think he intended to actually sell anything to her. But yeah, you're right, the whole thing is incoherent AF.
