Since this stupid forum doesn't allow one to edit their own posts, I'll just correct here that it should be meteorite fragment, not crystal. Fragment is a piece of the original meteorites that brought the virus to Earth. They are rare and extremely potent. Meteorite crystal is just something mature zombies start to develop inside of them. They aren't nearly as rare as fragments, seeing how zombies are growing them inside of them. Crystals can be used to recharge virus energy or to help with cultivation. The fragments, apparently, can help with bottlenecks or give special powers (like the black armor), so they are in an entirely different class altogether.
