Its pretty bland and safe. Op mc, master of everything, constantly underestimated by classmates so he has a steady stream of people to effortlessly show up.

Art is good, but the action is pretty meh. Nothing really creative.

Story is by the numbers, although the mystery surrounding the mc's reincarnation might be interesting, assuming the story ever gets there to begin with.

Alright place your bets:

1. Kyle was a real hero, whose information was removed (or degraded on its own).
2. Kyle is actually a fictional character all along that became real, either of natural causes or artificially.

The odds are 9:1, accepting payment in human souls. Or reacts, whatever.

Starts out strong but gets weaker as chapters go along, hasn't really reached unreadable status but Im going to probably forget the plot every new chapter and have to think for a moment to remember what the hells going on.

My main complaint is this guy watches all of his friends/compatriots die heroically five thousand years ago and hes way too concerned with his own part in the story, his narcissistic pursuit of his own aknowledgement really sours the attempts to make the original gathering of heroes a more meaninful part of his backstory. Yeah all my friends died buuuut what do they say about me? ugh.

My man just wanted to know why he was cut off from the history unlike his friends, best to read the novel than the manhwa honestly because the manhwa contains some stuff not added

So it's just Damned Reincarnation with name changes? I haven't gotten far, but hero written out of history, comes back as a white haired, special eyed (red in this case vs yellow) clan, born from a better body than everyone else. Only difference is this guy didn't die on the way to the big bad originally but beat him.

Now has to be approved in order to be allowed to learn their special flame aura techniques? Ugh. I swear, it's like reliving the era of "This is my Sonic OC!" but budgets.

I am getting "The Misfit of Demon King Academy" vibes from the blurb, which is stopping me from even opening it.

Can anyone who reads this series gave us some spoilers? The synopsis really isn't doing it for me.

Well, I caved and read the first 20 chapters, and it is mainly "The Wise-man's grandchild" meets Harry Potter. (They actually have Quiddich here) Other than that, it is derivative and lacking any originality. I can See clichés from all over the place. The MC is a placeholder for the reader, and so has no personality or identifiable traits. Other than that, it holds together and is quite enjoyable to binge, but I may get very bored very quickly waiting for individual chapters to drop. 6.5/10

I think you're better off reading something else.

This story doesn't do anything new, which is totally fine by the way. Tropes aren't a bad thing, they're building blocks. Even something 100% derivative can just do it better than what it is based on.

But this doesn't. It's the same with the characters, art, world, etc. This is just bland.

I still read 23 chapters of it so there's SOMETHING there. But whatever it is, it isn't enough to make me come back now that there's no more chapters.

Pretty bad adaptation of a decent novel, it removes practically all the world building and character development leaving just the tropes that 90% of the genre has and some of those aren't even done correctly. There is literally a scene where he bumps into another student, she drops her ID which he picks, and then she just, doesn't reappear, even though he meets her again in the next chapter in the novel.
Also, I don't get why people keep comparing this to Damn Reincarnation, no one forgot Hamel, the only thing that was changed about his story was that he was in love with Sienna and confessed while dying, he wasn't forgotten like Kyle.
3/10 adaptation of a 6.8/10 novel, still readable but not recommended.

Pretty boring and generic. It's your typical overpowered reincarnator who's being underestimated by his male peers, overly praised by the adults, and being the crush of the female peers.

The guy's a Gary Stu. So boring and predictable.
