He also intended to monopolize items and absorb the town even though he openly admitted he can't support his people. In ww2 did England absorb France? No, they just made an alliance so why did he think Seungwoo would go for it?

And seems he's doing a bad job at helping ppl by doing the bare minimum. Everyone that's currently alive has a skill, put them to use/work around it.
