This is why it's hard to read more vague sports stories, because I come away not really understanding why what a character did was wrong. Its easy to understand "character A did not dribble right, and got penalized" vs "lol character A didn't play a character right how embarassing!"

Is this a ballet thing? What's wrong with having a different interpretation of a character you're playing?

@VoraciousEater so, when you're playing a certain role in ballet and you don't get their personality right, no matter how good you are, it just feels uneasy. competitive ballet is not just dancing but also acting as well
