I guess Juumonji, or whatever organisation she belongs to, wasn't personally behind the kidnapping, after all. If Alfred was kidnapped by the vampire hunters to fish out a vampire, he wouldn't have been assaulted unprofessionally like that. So, totally unrelated folks kidnapped Alfred and Juumonji just "conveniently" happened to be there. Unless another vampire had Alfred kidnapped and Juumonji has been looking for that other vampire. At least Alfred isn't tied to a chair anymore, so he can go and stop that fight.
