@migh think of it as both. It's comedically tragic/ tragically comedic. So I'm not going to spoil it for you but I will say I enjoyed it.

Try a few chapters and you'll see why it's got both of those tags. Personally, I think it's screamingly hilarious, and the 'tragic' elements are played for black comedy.

And that a majority of sea mammals (mermaids has mammary glands) are piscivorous...
