Glad this is back.
Such a roller-coaster of a chapter...

From goofy shenanigans to a pretty in-depth lesson in philosophy. It was really nice to see Kurosawa actually reflecting on his past...even if it was brief.

the whole frame thing could be dope if it was shown how kurosawa has a big frame already, hes priviliged already, he just doesnt move in his frame, but then again this is fukumoto so well just get some incel bullshit instead

Kurosawa is way too funny.
But this rich brothers plot feels like something borrowed from Kaiji.

I’m not as impressed with this new Kurosawa as I was with the old one but I gotta admit, fkmt really knows what he’s talking about in regards to loneliness and social limitations. Whenever the philosophy of not quite fitting in to society comes up I always find myself nodding along- he really captures that particular struggle, like nothing else I’ve ever read.

Shame he has such a tendency to make it awkward when women come up, lol. I’d probably recommend it a lot more if it wasn’t like that in that respect.
