It's kind of annoying that the MC and his half sister are (intentionally or not) beating round the bush about the fact that they're related. The MC hasn't made it clear that's his problem with her and as such it's making her bewildered as to why he is specifically going after her (their) family.
Like seriously, just tell her that he is her long lost, hated younger half brother and that he wishes to take revenge for the terrible life he had.

While it's clear by now that MC is using some general "sister" term instead of family "sister", given by the hair color & how exclusive/close the martial art is, you would think that the sister would suspect they have some ties, even if it like distance cousin or something. Something like side branch vs main branch.
Why else would he pick on her then? Since she don't recognize him, the only logical conclusion is to suspect MC targeting the family.
