I think I understand this world. Because everybody wants to do martial arts, efficacy of ingredients in strengthening practitioners is prioritized. It doesn't need to taste good. It needs to work well nutritionally. If we see no fat people and everyone is fit, this will prove my theory.
Also, I know her character introduction is from the Demon Sect or whatever, and she's sadistic, but c'mon... Why prompt the story with Western Chef where the concept of competition begins, but remove her via isekai? Terrible move plot-wise.
