I don't think the age gap is that big even though the sizes don't make sense, considering in a previous chapter when she was wearing a highschool uniform, she was (I assume?) wearing a middle school uniform, putting the age gap at ~3 years. Considering they got together when they were both adults, I don't really mind bc there are a lot of age gap yuri that can't even do that
