The Overpowered Cop

This series is so mid. There isn’t enough tension going on in each case to feel relieved when it gets solved. He overpowers his enemies way too quickly (which would have been fine if there was some tension in the plot), and the fights feel useless cuz we know he’s going to effortlessly win anyways. There are way too many throwaway characters. His backstory, which is usually meant to be a driving force in the plot, adds nothing but a dead father to the series. His own character lacks depth, and there is almost no indication that he is working towards his goal. And somehow, every single cases comes to him and he manages to solve everything by himself (of course with almost no struggle). While the power is used, it’s not that interesting.
The story doesn’t have a direction in general and no tension and conflict. It feels kind of like a chore to read it at this point.

5/10 from me

kinda feels like an ad/PSYOP to make kids lean more into a cop profession when they group up/ have a positive opinion of cops later on.
