So we have 3 girls.
Main girl, who is a bit weird, thinks she is perfect and stuff. Long hair are nice, under-knee socks are horrible, is rather on the bigger side of tits size.
Lesbo manga-crasher - girl so annoying it drops the value of this manga by like 2 points in the 10 scale.
And now the kouhai "otaku". Even more weird than MFL, shorter hair is a negative vs MFL, but glasses, smaller breasts, over-knee socks are a huge positive
. Same interests with MC, and seems that their social/relationship abilities are as bad - so they are perfect for each other rofl.
But we all know MFL will win in the end.

I really hope author keeps the presence of the lesbian childhood friend to a minimum. Whenever she appears, it's a net negative to the scene. Or at least the author could stop making her this one dimensional character and have her grow as a person that is less annoying.
