Or it just became more SINISTER, like assholes who think it's OKAY to have sex with someone under the influence or DRUNK because "hey their still consenting" despite the fact it's OBVIOUS their not in the right mind to even GIVE consent (I REALLY despite any ROMANCES done under MIND CONTROL/CHARM! So I hate ALOT of those "Slave Romance" stories! Happy that one Manhua with the Old Man Loan Sharker looking dude who takes Isekai powers from Pieces of Human Garbage addressed that in it's opening chapter where it's REVEALED the "Hero's" HAREM is made up of girls who were in NO POSITION to say no to his ADVANCES! Even one of them BEING AN ACTUAL FUCKING SLAVE! At least what LOWERS my anger is some of those AVOID the romance till the SLAVE PART is removed, for all Shield Hero gets for this, I do remind that once the FMC Rapthilia gets the Katana, she's NO LONGER officially or even MARKED as his slave anymore unless some scene I miss say otherwise, meaning she's a FREE WOMAN and his companion WITHOUT the Need for the whole SLAVE thing....though doesn't change the whole "raising her as a child" part! That could have done WITHOUT, especially as you notice NO OTHER beastman character goes through that but HER! But even THEN I still dislike it
But yeah lets not forget the EX DOOM guy (remember DOOM let the bastard go for all his SHITTY illegal behavior coming to light because of his messing with MC) has shown that he and his associates (like the guy who tried to frame MC for CHIKAN on the subway and revealed his whole CHANNEL of CATCHING "perverts" was just him "CATCHING" innocent men to FALSELY ACCUSE for subs) are TRASH, so these guys are no different! Don't get WHY he assumed sending them was a good idea especially when he's LIKELY under investigation (Wtihout DOOM, his CRIMES would now put him under investigation AFTER they do their best to assure it's not connected to THM) but guessing he assumed MC wouldn't be HOME, so they were meant to WRECK UP THE PLACE, and the creeps noticed his sister and niece and ADDED ON to their INEVITABLE beating by MC!
