I feel that's a leftover from just after Hombre hit when MangaDex had no comments for a while and everyone but the most antisocial, bitter virgin left.Rating 6.66 means lots of seggs?
There was definitely a time on MangaDex when everything that featured female characters that weren't virgins was heavily downrated but it seems to have mostly calmed down now again. I simply uploaded all the other chapters during that time but I no longer notice this with new titles I pick up.
Also, this title is legitimately full of shock value, it has a lot of people giving it a low rating even on other websites. Probably something to do with all the rape, gore, and bestiality.
