Would she be willing to work with you for her English TLs? Has she said anything about how she's handling that? Would you even be up to that if asked? You have great quality and love for the series and it seems like a win-win for her if she did.

I know Inori, author of "I'm in Love with the Villainess," has always had relationships with plenty of independent TLs, and she has always allowed them to officially handle her TLs in other languages, at least for her web novels. She even tweets out their releases occasionally, and that's worked wonderfully for years.
