What the fuck is happening here? Poor TL aside (it’s LuaScans, what do you expect), the only thing we really know about the character of the MC is that she’s lazy. 5 chapters and that’s all we’ve really understood. No real compelling reason, either. No “I tried hard and didn’t win so now I’m never trying again” or “I lost everything in a thing that happened, so now I’m depressed”. Just makes the MC look like a sociopathic piece of shit, honestly. Also we are way to early in the story to be having Flashbacks from the Future ™️ without said flashbacks being a core part of the story being told.
Writing is jank, TL is borderline unhinged, and I’m outta here.
