Ch 2 - She and the guy stay at her place for a bit, him teaching her that her magic is abnormal (both in element and her chant) and show her a proper way to use magic.
End with a group of knight shows up
Knights - "Prince, please come back with us"
Guy (prince) - "Sure, also take this one with us"
Girl - "Wat"


Ch 3 - Goes to a town, a barrier that detect a person's status detect her as alert.
Turns out this is the town she rekt that carriage.
Guards ask her to go to the store of that person.
Misunderstanding clears up - Turns out the townspeople are actually grateful for her saving the young girl from getting medieval-truck-san, in fact they even have a letter from her mom that mentions "if you're reading this letter, it means you've finally decided to come out"

Chapter ends with hinting at some dragon going berserk.



Ch 4 - She spends time in the palace trying to find magic grimoire, Prince get told to go fight the berserking wind dragon.
A bit later while the two are talking a dragon casually kidnaps her.

Upon being shown a dying dragon, she instinctively understood what has to be done, and DESTROY it.
Then she ask to be sent back to the prince.
At which point the dragon who kidnap her be like "Now that I'm the new dragon king, you must stay with me"

Like, wat.

I think he was planning to meet the rumored witch by pretending to be the delivery guy

as for why no horse to carry things:
He has a dragging sled there when you see him collapsed
Horses are expensive in medieval age so this size of delivery isn't worth using one + she lives in the wood where a horse drag wagon might have a hard time reaching it

And he IS a magic user, just that because her necessities includes magicrafts, which is sensitive to magic as explained in this chapter, he couldn't use wind magic to carry everything.

Which is why his first question of "why would you need magicrafts, when you're a witch"
expressing both his frustration of having to drag the sled manually (again, can't use magic) and questioning her 'witch' status

@WhimsiCat Considering that the first chapter has a whopping 56 pages, then assuming all future chapters do as well then there's a lot of room per chapter for story progression. Still very fast paced based on what you've said, but fast(and slow) paced can actually work just fine if it's executed correctly. I just hope it is done right, cause this art and the story are very nice so far. Looking forward to this.

Edit: Inb4 she one day finds out her spells are being used in war and assassinations. "Explode" seems like a dandy spell to use in sieges, and the crystals kinda look like grenades so they'd be effective at killing people behind cover. And as for "Destory," just throw one on a person and watch them become a literal husk.
