If one dr manhwa showed the korean system to be like this I would think that it is just embellishment. But they all are like this, where the hierarchy and hospital comes first and the patients second. And also everything there is to read about Korea, I would not want to fall ill while visiting there.

Thank you for the translation, but I don't think this style of manhwa is for me. Off to find something else.
