If Mangadex wants support should there be chapters like this loaded on the site without being connected to another site?

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy this finally got a new chapter since I liked it!
Two problems:
1. Wtf happened last time I read this two years ago?
2. It's a shame it's the official translation release and not a scanlation team picking it back up Since with a scanlation team we would be getting updates again and not a bunch of massive gaps between chapters

Yeah, I too hope it gets picked back up. anyways, onto discussion of the chapter:
Well, well, well, We learned some in-ter-es-ting things this chapter havent we? It would appear thus far that only those relevant to the book will easily fall under the "spell" wether that holds true, or if the two were an exception remains to be seen. Can't wait for more!
