I don't want to step out of line or antyhing, but as most chapters are 1 page long... would it be possible for you to package chapters together in like 5-10-page bundles? Reading the story while every second page is credits breaks the pace quite badly in chapters that have a lot of text. Also, it would make loading faster, as MD would load 5 pages at once, instead of loading only after going to next chapter
