Honestly, given the "notoriety" of the author, Kanokari probably wouldn't have a consistent translation either if not for the fact that it has a licensed release. Well, that and the fact that it's bad.

Between that, and this manga's, shall we say, divisive subject matter, I'm not surprised that it's in constant limbo with translation groups. Maybe it'll get an officially licensed translation after the anime is released. And I’m assuming when you translated you were confused about the last sentence “本当の兄弟がいるなんて“ which is actually a rhetorical sentence. Which roughly means “are there true siblings?”, referring to their sibling relationship breaking down. So he isn’t referring to people being actual siblings

I could still be wrong but hope this clears things up.

In this chapter you can see stars through the dark part of the moon. Just because something is dark doesn't mean it's invisible.

The example below is bad because the only way the terminator line doesn't end at the poles is when it's an eclipse.

This is what the moon is SUPPOSED to look like. Only when the visible lit part is almost gone will it look like the line ends early.

I don't think the publishers would allow Reiji to get away with actual, cosanguineous incest. Even if they were willing to let him, we'd just be looking at another Oreimo situation where Arata isn't able to be an a legitimate relationship with his blood-related sister at the end because of obscenity laws not allowing that sort of thing in media that isn't explicitly R18. I'm still pretty annoyed about that one.

Frankly I think the series would be a lot more interesting if they were blood-related. But I love degenerate schlock so I'm fine with being in the minority on that one.
