There's actually really nothing wrong with these kinds of 'manga' in the end of the day because..

They're barely fuckin' manga, they're just a single drawing with some speech bubbles. People would still love it if it didn't have speech bubbles. However, there are dumbasses who need a 'story'. This is for them. The people who hook onto this because of speech bubbles. They don't realise it but they would be equally satisfied reading fanfics in point form only. The artist is feeding dumbasses and I respect it deeply.
