Dang, I sure hope so, because this one was a real treat. In a sea of crap isekai manga, a honest-to-goodness sci-fi story was properly refreshing.

Many thanks for the translation!
true, i hope for the day most readers arent into tasteless copy paste manga, this isekai trend needs to die

To be continued someday
So just to check, because I was just about to start reading this - does this have a decent ending or not? I don't want to start only to have this was axed and has a "to be continued" ending.

That ending feels like he could write 3 more stories just from the points in which this story ended, lets hope the author picks this world again to expand on it

Seems like an axe to me. Too bad, I enjoy this so much

at least it had an ending at all. and while it was not a bad ending, it definitely happened too quickly.

An interesting manga. I'll be honest, I didn't like it quite as much as the other readers here, despite being enamored with its inventive premise--despite the very original conceit of the protag being Soviet rather than another nobody highschooler, the way he was written didn't seem too different than the protags we're familiar with. But I would like to thank Burning Love and Hunlight scans for taking a chance amd spending so much time on a comparatively unique manga.

I think I've gleaned at the final chapter count multiple times while reading the series but I still feel this was a bit abrupt. But it ended with them both finding each other so thats great. Thanks Burning Love and Hunlight Scans.

There were many science fiction stories made into manga of this caliber with seemingly abrupt endings, so this one is fairly normal compared to those. The ending is open, but the author seems interested in continuing, probably depending on the public reception of this story. Given the trends of the industry, this could very well have been an experimental project by the author and publishers to try to find a new marketable story type. Hopefully it sold well, so we can see more.

Too bad it ended, I enjoy Scifi more than Fantasy. Especially those with a spec of realism. I have gotten soo sick of Fantasy tropes in Manga, that I am desperately searching for anything Scifi. If you know any, please tell me about them.

Thanks for translation. It was a nice ride.

I also think this was axed by a publisher, but in a gentle way. I have read a bunch of different works which were axed much harshly. I think it would do this series wonders if it were 10-20 more chapters long. A little bit of world building here and there, focus on people living in villages outside church/empty control, insight on noble families and so on.

They just have to drop that ball in the tail end of the series. You know how it ends my guy, you know what happens even if you reach it and by some miracle be able to live there.

Thanks for translating this series guys, sad that it had to end so quickly. Rather than having the premise of trying to kill the most intelligent people on the planet, itd have made more sense to revitalize it through their science. Its too bad the publisher probably limited the creator

Thanks for the translation. Rather liked it in general. Though the ending was open I think it was nicely wrapped up either way. Didn't overstay it's welcome like so many others. Still, I'd like to see what else the author has in store for us. If it ever continues in a second part.

Does anybody know if this is an adaptation from a book or something?

Thanks for translating the series, burning love & hunlight scans. I've been waiting for someone to fully translate this manga ever since the first 3 chapters like 4 years ago. Pretty interesting pitch that reminds me of Trigun, but with a russian setting and a big focus on the orlans.
I'm not sure if the manga got axed or always intended on being short and to the point like this. I noticed pretty early that the story was going on a fast pace without much room to further develop some characters or expose a bit more of the world to the readers. Hell, Aisha and the tenrou church vanished from the story after vol. 2.
Anyways, I enjoyed it for what it is and I hope we get some more experimental sci-fi like this, hopefully met with more success.

Fairly flat ending imo. Series had potential at the start but bumbled its way throughout till the end.
