I think one of this series' biggest strengths is how no Knight antagonist is one dimensional or unlikable.

Godwin, despite being the main villiain and inciting incident of the story, is shown to be merely following orders to the best he understands it (and even shows our hero his first glimpse of Aura and the start of his journey)

Pablo from the noble's duel started out as an arrogant elitest jerk until vlad's aura was about to bloom, where he immediately put his pride and ego aside to fulfill his oath and usher in the new generation of knights

Josef's brother Lutger, the main political rival and threat to vlad's pseudo-leige lord, has proven to be a powerful and noble knight who puts all aside to protect his land and the people therein (and vlad to his credit followed suit and took orders directly fron him to save the pilgrims including his benefactor father andrea)

One armed jack, undoubtedly the most heinous villain so far and the main instigator of the destruction of vlad's home, is shown to have once had a similar desire to vlad for a bright and shining world he could only glimpse, but who lost his way somewhere over the years (and honestly, if it weren't for the mysterious black lightning that struck vlad and began his Way of the Sword, who's to say vlad wouldn't also end up like jack?)

And Sir Bordan, the archetypal cowardly knight who we all thought would turn tail and betray the hero at the first sign of trouble, not only dashed out of safety to save vlad and josef at the last minute in his first arc, but has turned into a staunch supporter and ally to vlad in this latest and most personal of arcs. Even the more minor characters of the fellow squires and knights prove stalwart once the chips are down and things need doing.

The only un-redeemed villains are either like the purple knight from the duel and godwin, who haven't been seen all that much and are largely unknown, or ones like godwin's new leige lord (who ordered jorge's death) wh we haven't seen but have heard about in passing

Thank you again for translating, can't wait to see what comes next
