I think the LN story author got into trouble, although I don't know how that effects the manga. What I do know is that only 3 raw chapters were published in 2024, the last in October. And that was chapter 27, so there's a good chance this arc never gets resolved.

light novel cancelled far from that...like far more...but it was cancelled in a terrible cliffhanger...too bad from a LN reader like me.
