Maybe it’s because I started after the first fifty chapters were released so I got to read a bunch of arcs at once but I really like this. Although saving the village turned out to be such a major divergence I wonder where it will go next.

That has actually happened a few times before because i remember i keep reading the same chapter 50+ multiple times. It's probably because Comikey came out so every other update will be deleted i guess

I think it's because it has official US version.
And taking example from several sites in the past, having a competitor on the market would paint a huge C&D target on MangaDex.

For those wondering is not dead, in rawkuma it have 82 chapters. but last upload was on febraury so.... the author is taking it time.
