She definitely likes him. All her tricks are probably to see if he likes her as well along with enjoying the sight of him getting flustered from teasing him. No way a girl would have her breasts pressing on a guy's back like that by accident. Especially since knows about the mysteries before MC shows up so had plenty of time to call a maid to help her change before he even arrives so having him change her definitely on purpose. Wish would reveal where the maids, staff, guards, etc. disappear to when MC shows up. No way she'd be left alone without monitoring equipment if in such poor health can't even change clothes and being from a rich family would have a guard to prevent kidnapping or a pervert molesting her.
