MC personality is slimy type and love to hold out information so he can negotiate on his term. the people will find out his skill sooner or later, so just lay low and use incognito time to move around. that kinda his mindset, min-max to maximum.

MC break rule constantly by going to restrict area, if school know how ambitious he is, they going to kept their eye on him all the time. and he can't exactly tell them "dude i am op protag trust me, i will solo boss" as excuse to power level in restrict area. he also isn't that powerful so if he got stop by teacher, dude toast.

Not really. the only one that really kept eye on mc is only teacher Lee. and because teacher Lee is by the book type, he didn't blab and only watch mc from time to time IE only watch MC from class and replay that he can get, so it not official and this allow MC a lot of leeway to move around.
later on MC would kind of making wave, but even then they just think of him as "trouble and promising student" and not serial area 51 invader that he is.

you kind need to wait a bit or read novel to find out how tightrope MC have act under all the time, and why it going to be troublesome if people find out about it.
