I don't know if they would get together, but they would certainly become good friends.
MC had no romantic feeling for her at all, have a problem with girls and she gave him a trauma (that was his rightful karma), so seeing them together would be a bit weird.
But he doesn't have girls around and is not popular, when she is vulnerable to the rebound effect, with MC around is not impossible for it to happen.
I think it was a good ending to not give us readers a clear view, left us guessing.
