Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. The issue is worse than you claim.

I searched a bit: Apparently the other version was not made in one piece, but got incrementally updated. That means that:

• The English translation is 26 pages
• The thing you mentioned is 19 pages
• The total work is over twice that, ie 97 pages, coloured.

I'll see what I can do. It's not very difficult, but I'm a bit swamped.
