DISCLAIMER: This is just my opinion of the manga series. My review here is not a fact and I recommend that you read this manga before reading this. You might like it more than I did.
If I were to be honest here, this is a terrible manga. Of course, I'm not trying to disrespect the artist and the scanlator that put the time and effort into this but by my standards, this is awful. I know that this is a manga adaptation based off of a anime series so I wasn't expecting a structured plot but I have read manga that were based off of anime that had more engaging plots and better art than this series.
I can't really remember the plot that well because the manga was so boring but the description speaks for itself. Aside from the first chapter, the chapters go like well, there's something happening, like the ball or the sports event, the girls participate, something goes wrong, they use their wands, then poof! everything is all good again. In the sports chapter, one of the twins binges on sweets and gains four pounds, which she considers a bad thing since it will make her look bad on the day of the event and one of the princes won't like her (Gaining 4 pounds isn't a really big deal if you ask me).
And speaking of the art, it really does reek of 2000s (This manga was published in Ciao Magazine in 2005) . I am not fond of the huge souless eyes that take up almost all of the face and have small noses and large mouths which is how the mangaka drew the characters as. I know that this is a young children's manga but it's just cringe because it looks like bad anime fanart from a weeaboo artist that doesn't know a thing or two about anatomy on DeviantArt, but she seems to be really good at drawing the mascots and the backgrounds as well as the objects and outfits, which was the only saving grace for this story.
But overall, out of 10, I would have given this a one but I liked some aspects of the art, so it's a two. If I was younger (Middle School-High School), I probably would've loved it more and given it a higher rating.
