Illuminati-Manga have only scanned here, but I credited them given that all double pages are joined. The work is flawless - I can only assume the book was debound, so I am curious as to how much needed to be redrawn at all. Regardless, the end result looks excellent.

@ADarkDrop The Western release is in fact just one volume compiling both Japanese volumes, which is how I've chosen to upload the chapters.
