This hurts to read, like worse that legal papers and research papers. The plot seems interesting, this is something that is similar "I am the fated villain", but the translation really hurts its chances of ever catching on. It feels like the story is going 100 miles a minute with stuff changing and happening that makes it seem like there are missing panels.
Over all I give it 3/10, read it if you want your head to hurt or wait and pray
