I'm curious as to what the author will decide to do with the Returnee Hero so I'll withhold my opinion until chekov's gun gets fired.

so my theory is the hero of return was trying to create the strongest demon king so that a hero would defeat said demon king, therefore becoming stronger than the strongest demon king, and able to save his world

It's like in Borderlands where you make an ultra loot Goliath. He's just using earth to farm xp so that he can go back to his world and kill his demon king.
