So what’s the point of this entire backstory arc? Like I get they’re showing how some of the heroes died in the initial war but after a while it feels moreso like the author is padding for time.

Well as they said this is season 0, and the third season will be the last fight which means real season 2. It feels like that for me too but im not complaning to see the parts we didnt.

She almost got his heart, well we all know how this gonna end but im glad to see this character especially after they revealed that she was sword hero's wife at some point of returns.
