Nah, a proper one only pretends to in order to lull you into a false sense of security when finishing it. That way you can be absolutely demolished by the first hurdle out the door, probably teabagged just for good measure. Bonus points for reloading you back to the beggining of the tutorial after that, implying that you're just too dumb for it to stick the first time.
