At least with another strong healer in their party I can somewhat understand why they wouldn't value him. Still better than the worst I've seen (whose name I forgot) in which the healer they called useless and kicked out had, in the very battle they had just finished, resurrected a party member from the dead.

Anime changed some parts. What they didn't changed, is that the hero party members are full of thots... shieldwoman knew something was off when Lloyd used his magic. I do hope hero party will fall deeply into the underground.
I have no idea if hero is a job or just a title.
