worst physical condition? when you only have a Cold? lol why Japanese people in manga's and anime's behave like they are on a death bed whenever they catch a simple cold? and they get sick way to easily just a few droplets of water is enough to make them catch a cold. same goes for a little tiredness.

probably their hygiene standards better than most of them and if they get rarely sick it's a common sense over exaggerations i think
