Honestly, this is just a super fast summary of the main series with them as kids...

Chapter 11, 14, XX is from the original manga.
Chapter 15, 16, 17 have the original manga material but not one-to-one(and a half) like this or the chapters above.
this is as far as I remember the original manga, I might forget a few things.

Leon is extremely afraid of ghosts to the degree of being useless when facing them, Luxion forces him to board ghost ship with Angie. He spends whole time clinging to her and begs her to sleep with him after it. (Luxion partly did to solve relationship trouble, but also obviously to tease Leon)

they (Leon's harem, Marie's harem, and some others) end up competing to conquer dungeon (the bugs in the chapter represented monsters), it has a bit of them sabotaging and helping each other. Olivia was examining the ruins, hence that scholarship student remark. Also the final treasure they find is a gold statue.

I can't comment on future chapters of this spin-off till they're translated, but wouldn't be surprised if they're all references.
